Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Services Agreement between Oklahoma County Assessor's Office, and Board of County Commissioners and ILOOKABOUT INC dba Apex Appraisal Solutions. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Requisition No. 12701442 has been issued to Apex Appraisal Solutions in the amount not to exceed $66,000.00 for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds.
