Discussion and possible action to authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute a closeout letter for ARPA Project 30266, Diversity Center, acknowledging fulfillment of the ARPA-funded scope of work, formal conclusion of the agreement due to the organization’s closure, and return of remaining unspent funds in the amount of Forty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($49,247.87), in accordance with program requirements.
