City of Oklahoma City; the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, et al; CV-2025-2338, and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
