Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 01 to the Agreement for Services between Super Roofs, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners for the Sheriff’s Midwest City Substation Roof Replacement to provide internal roof access improvements, including roof hatch steel frame support, an S-20 roof hatch, safety cage with grab bars and gate, and an aluminum wall-mounted ladder. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and 91/100 ($28,683.91). Requisition No. 12702942 has been issued from Capital Improvement Fund 2010. Requested by Erin Moore, Financial Administrator, Oklahoma County Engineering, on behalf of Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
