Discussion and possible action regarding a General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Edmond Public Schools and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to perform work to assist the school district with parking areas, playgrounds, athletic fields, access roads and drainage areas. This agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2026 and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
