Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-3760: Request to establish a new Capital Improvement Fund 2010 Project, C00095, for the Fourth (4th) Floor North County Courthouse Annex project, with an original project budget of $2,640,000.00, funded through a transfer of available funds from the Juvenile Courtroom project C0086. This project is necessary to track the expenditures associated with the project. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board, on behalf of Charles Dodson, Public Improvements and Infrastructure Chairman.
