Discussion and possible action to approve an Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and Harrah Public Schools to assist Harrah Middle School with a running track. The School District agrees to reimburse the County 100% of the cost of materials in an amount not to exceed $196,174.00. This item reviewed as to legality and form by Lisa Endres, ADA, and requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
