Title: Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-4620 to amend or not to amend the zoning provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 for a tract of land in an R-1 - Acreage Residential District. The Planned Unit Development (PUD-2025-04) adopts the C-G - Commercial - General District regulations except as modified to prohibit the following uses: Alcohol Production: Micro. with Food Sales, Home Improvement Store: Large, Lodging Accommodations: Campground, Spectator Sports/Entertainment: General, Indoor Agriculture, Adult Entertainment, Liquor or Package Store, Lodging Accommodations: Hotel/Motel, and Medical Cannabis Dispensary. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission recommended approval during a public meeting held on November 20, 2025. The tract of land is located at 7001 NW 164th St. and consists of 5.07 acres (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
