Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between Logan County and the Board of County Commissioners for the reconstruction of Waterloo Rd, between Douglas and Post Rd. The total amount of the project is not to exceed $702,000.00, of which Logan County will reimburse Oklahoma County 25% of the actual cost not to exceed $175,500.00. Reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.
