Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Justice Benefits, LTD. for professional services to explore opportunities for Federal Financial Participation, review prospects for expansion of existing FFP and to secure additional FFP as may be appropriate for the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau. Requisition 12700035, in the amount of $15,000, has been issued to JBI LTD. This Agreement is effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
