Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of a lease agreement between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, and Metro Technology Centers School District No. 22. The purpose of this lease is to allow for the OCSO 911 Communications Center to be located at Metro Technology Centers’ South Bryant Campus. The lease is at an annual cost of One Dollar and no Cents ($1.00), and shall commence on July 1, 2026, and expire on June 30, 2027. Requested by Tommie Johnson III, Oklahoma County Sheriff.
