Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Supplemental and Modification Agreement No. 1 to the Project Maintenance, Financing, and Right-of-Way Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for a new bridge to replace the pipe battery on SE 44th Street, approximately 2,300 feet east of Luther Road, Project No. STP-255D(736)CI, State Job No. 38170(04). This supplemental agreement increases County Improvements for Roads and Bridges (CIRB) funding and adds County funding, with a total estimated project cost of $786,635.00, including $467,000.00 in Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds, $309,635.00 in CIRB funds, and $10,000.00 in County funds.
