Discussion and possible action to delegate by resolution to the County Engineer the BOCC’s authority to direct the District Attorney’s Office to disclaim (except for taxes) the County’s interest in routine petitions to foreclose or vacate a public way, road or easement, or open or close a county road or easement located within Oklahoma County.
