Title: Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Millwood Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist Millwood Public Schools with the extending of a walkway on the southeast corner of the south campus located at 6724 Martin Luther King Avenue. County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $26,000.00 for labor,equipment, materials, and sub-contractors. School agrees to reimburse County an amount not to exceed $9,504.80 for all material costs. This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2026.
