Discussion and possible action regarding Amendment No. 03 to the Agreement for Services between Hellmuth Obata Kassabaum, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to relocate detention center structure and BCC facility to minimize encroachment into the flood plain and relocate utilities. Requisition No. 125005325 has been issued in the amount of Forty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($40,000); contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
