Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-4518 accepting the Final Plat of 4 Corners Land, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-11) was approved by the Planning Commission on November 20, 2025. The plat includes two (2) lots encompassing approximately ten (9.89) acres. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of County Line Rd. and Waterloo Rd., in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
