Discussion and possible action regarding the attached Interlocal Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office and the Oklahoma City Police Department for the Commissioning of Municipal Police Officers specified by the Chief of the Oklahoma City Police Department. If approved the Original Document, with “Wet” Signatures, along with supporting documentation must be sent to the Attorney General’s Office for final approval. Requested by Tommie Johnson III, Oklahoma County Sheriff, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
