Discussion and possible action regarding a Temporary Easement to Oklahoma County Finance Authority and Oklahoma City-County Health Department for ingress/egress improvements to the Oklahoma City-County Health Department campus over the following described land:
A tract of land situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 12 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 12;
Thence N 90° 00’00” E along the North line of said Section 12 a distance of 2,265.00 feet;
Thence S 00° 00’00” E and parallel to the West line of said Section 12 a distance of 15.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
Thence N 89° 06’20” E and parallel to the North line of said Section 12 a distance of 94.00 feet;
Thence S 00° 00’00” E and parallel to the West line of said Section 12 a distance of 38.00 feet;
Thence N 90° 00’00” W and parallel to the North line of Said Section 12 a distance of 10.00 feet;
