To enter into Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307 (B)(4) to engage in confidential communication between the public body and it's attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action concerning the exterior envelope of the Investors Capital Building, and where on advice of it's attorney, the Public Building Authority has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation or proceeding in the public interest.
