Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2021-7509 declaring the following properties surplus to the needs of the county and if approved, pursuant to 19 O.S. § 349, execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Oklahoma Industries Authority for a sum of consideration to be determined by the Board of County Commissioners for the described real property:
A part of the North Half (N/2) of the South Half (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW /4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the NW/4 of Section 24; Thence due South along the West line of said NW/4 a distance of 1761.77 feet to the point or place of beginning; Thence continuing due South along said West line of Section 24 a distance of 220.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said N/2 of the S/2 of the NW/4; Thence South 89°53'26" East a distance of 400.00 feet; Thence due North a distance of 220.00 feet; Thence North 89°53'26" West a distance of 400.00 feet to the point of beginning;
And
A part of the North Half (N/2) of the South Half (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW /4) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Eleven {11) North, Ranch Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the NW/4 of Section 24; Thence due South, along the West line of said NW/4 a distance of 1981.77 feet (1981.67 feet measured); Thence South 89°53'26" East (South 89°41'15" East measured), a distance of 400.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing South 89°53'26" East (South 89°41'15" East measured); a distance of 920.00 feet {919.95 feet measured); Thence due North, parallel with the West line of said NW /4, a distance of 220.00 feet {220.43 feet measured); Thence North 89°53'26" West (North 89°41'15" West measured); a distance of 920.00 feet {919.95 feet measured); Thence due South, parallel with the West line of said NW /4, a distance of 220.00 feet (220.43 feet measured) to the Point of Beginning;

Together with all the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the above granted premises unto the Party of the Second Part and its assigns forever, excepting any mineral interests if any.
