Discussion and possible action to authorize and approve the following contracts and agreements by and between the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority and the following vendors, suppliers and providers for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and authorizing the Chair or the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority to finalize and enter into such contracts and agreements, all for and on behalf of the Authority: (Requested by Chair Couch)
a. Turn Key Health Clinics (comprehensive health services).
b. Colossus (annual maintenance agreement for JailTracker software): $154,657.00
c. JE Systems (annual fire alarm inspection): $9,014.00
d. Indian Nation Fire Sprinkler (annual inspection): $3,550.00.
e. QFS, LLC (semi-annual hood inspections): $732.00.
f. QFS, LLC (annual fire extinguisher inspection): $670.00
g. United Engines (annual maintenance agreement on two generators): $4,944.90
h. CI Technologies (annual maintenance agreement on IA Pro software): $4,005.00
I. Native Energy Source, LLC (annual maintenance of uninterruptible power supply): $7,845.00
j. FP Mailing Solutions (postage meter, 36-month term): $384.00 for FY21-22.
k. Orkin Pest Control (commercial services agreement): $25,200.00
l. Lease Agreement Between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority for Oklahoma County Detention Center.
m. Memorandum of Understanding Between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff for transportation services: $54,749.83
n. Memorandum of Understanding with Board of County Commissioners for Information Technology Services.
o. Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority-Oklahoma City Jail Services Agreement. (One-year renewal at a proposed total annual fee of $1,000,148.31).
