Discussion and possible action to authorize and approve the following contracts and agreements between the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority and the following entities, which may include vendors, suppliers, and providers for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and entities to which the Authority provides boarding and detention facilities services and other services and/or products, and authorizing the Chair or the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority to finalize and enter into such contracts and agreements, all for and on behalf of the Authority:
a. Siemens, for air and water balancing services to regulate air and water temperature at the Oklahoma County Detention Center, not to exceed $377,746.00, subject to the availability of funding. Funds are NOT currently available in this year’s budget for this purpose. This authorization is requested to facilitate the identification of funding and to allow the project to proceed when a funding source is secured.
b. Oklahoma Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC, for 32 rooftop anchors to be installed at the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which will allow work to be done to repair holes in Detention Center walls, not to exceed $68,352.00, subject to the availability of funding. Funds are NOT currently available in this year’s budget for this purpose. This authorization is requested to facilitate the identification of funding and to allow the project to proceed when a funding source is secured.
