Discussion, review, and possible a resolution approving and authorizing the incurrence of indebtedness by the trustees of the Oklahoma County Home Finance Authority to deliver its single family mortgage revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) or in lieu thereof a mortgage credit certificate (MCC) program in the amount of not to exceed $24,000,000 to provide funds to assist low and moderate income households to acquire single family housing within Oklahoma County; waiving competitive bidding pursuant to the sale of the Bonds, if applicable; declaring an emergency; ratifying and confirming the holding of a public hearing; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
