Discussion and possible action to recommend to the Budget Board a transfer from General fund Reserve 995 to Juvenile Detention 525 in the amount not to exceed $279,237.00 to fund salary & benefit increases that are unable to be absorbed prior to the end of FY 22. The amount for salary would be $233,378.00 and Benefits would be $45,859.00. Salary and benefit increases will be given to all detention officers, custodial workers, maintenance workers, and food service employees effective December 21, 2021. Salary and benefits for custodial and maintenance workers are funded 65% out of Detention and 35% out of Bureau. Requested by J'me Overstreet, Juvenile Bureau Director.
