Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No 2022-1610 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land in an R-2 Rural Residential District. The Special Use Permit (SUP-2022-01) will allow the applicant to develop and operate a Special Events Center for weddings, business meetings, family gatherings and etc., The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on April 21, 2022. The tract of land is located at 13380 NE 192nd St. (County Highway District #3) Requested by Tyler Gammon, Planning Director.
