Public Hearing, Discussion and possible action regarding a resolution to grant permission to the United States of America/Tinker Air Force Base the right to close, inundate, destroy, alter or appropriate All of Douglas Boulevard, a county section line road from South Right of Way line of SE 44th Street to the North Right of Way line of SE 74th Street; and All of SE 59th Street, a county section line road, from the East Right of Way line of Douglas Boulevard to the West Right of Way line of S. Berryman Road. A legal notice was published in The Journal Record on April 8, 2022, April 15, 20222, and April 22, 2022, saying that this Resolution will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County at the Monday, May 16, 2022, 9:00 a.m. meeting. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.
