Discussion and possible action regarding to approve or not to approve Resolution No. 2022-2232 accepting the Final Plat of Addington Farms II, Section 2, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit to assure erosion controls and a Maintenance Bond for road and drainage improvements. Acceptance of the final plat authorizes said private road development to be placed on record as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. Requested by Tyler Gammon, Planning Director.
