Discussion and possible action regarding Professional Services Agreement between Oklahoma County Assessor's Office, and Board of County Commissioners and Thimgan & Associates. The term of the contract will be July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Requisition No. 12300688 has been issued to Thimgan & Associates in the amount not to exceed $81,750.00 for annual renewal, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Larry Stein, Oklahoma County Assessor, and approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.
