Title: Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Resolution No. 2022-2838 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 on a tract of land in a CH - Commercial Highway District for renewal of a Special Use Permit (SUP). The Special Use Permit (SUP-2022-03) will allow continued operation of the “Year-Round Fireworks Facility” for another one (1) year period. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval of said Special Use Permit during a public meeting held on June 16, 2022. The tract of land is located at 2820 NE 50th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (County Highway District #1). Requested by Stacey Trumbo, County Engineer and approved as to form and legality by Gretchen Crawford, Assistant District Attorney.
