Discussion and possible action regarding possible project management services of the staff of The City of Oklahoma City for the planning, design and construction of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and directing the Policy and Governance Committee to discuss the terms of a proposed Memorandum of Understanding with the City for such services, to be considered in the future by the Board of County Commissioners.
