Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No 2022-3637 to amend or not to amend the zoning as provided in Title 19 O.S.,§868.16 on a tract of land from R-2- Rural Residential District to R-1 - Acreage Residential District. The applicant proposes to rezone the property for the development of a single-family residential subdivision. The Planning Commission denied the zoning change in an open meeting on August 18, 2022 and recommends denial by the Board of County Commissioners.
