Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amounts of $1,000,000.00 from the Treasurer's Resale Fund 1130, $3,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund 1110, $2,000,000.00 from the Capital Improvement - Regular Fund 2010, and $1,000,000.00 from the Tinker Clearing 2002 Fund 2031, for a total of $7,000,000.00 to the General Fund. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and bi-weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2023. The temporary transfer from Highway Cash, Capital Improvement - Regular, and Tinker Clearing 2002 was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on September 19, 2022. Temporary transfers are allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021. This item is requested by Forrest "Butch" Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer.
