Discussion and possible action regarding a temporary transfer of cash in the amount of $5,000,000.00 from the ARPA Fund 1415-370 Standard Allowance Sub-Department to the General Fund. This is a cash transfer only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfer is necessary to cover payroll and bi-monthly claims and will be repaid mid-January 2023. This temporary transfer is contingent on approval by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on Monday, November 21, 2022. Temporary transfers are allowed by 68 O.S., Section 3021, Requested by Forrest "Butch" Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer.
