Discussion regarding search, search method, selection and employment of a permanent Jail Administrator and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (“Authority”), which may include the following:
a. Authorization of the Acting Chair to arrange for a meeting in Oklahoma City with a prospective CEO search consultant(s) to facilitate meetings with other Trustees, and authorization of payment of related travel expenses.
b. Possible action to modify, amend or rescind the following Agenda item of the Authority approved December 16, 2022:
Discussion and possible actions to authorize and approve a Request for Proposal for Executive Recruitment Services (“RFP”) to assist with the process of identifying, recruiting, evaluating and selection of a permanent Chief Executive Officer and Jail Administrator for the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (“Authority”) and the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and authorizing the Chair or Vice-chair to modify and finalize the RFP, and to cause it to be issued for and on behalf of the Authority.
