a.                     Proceedings filed in the District Court of Oklahoma County on September 29, 2021, entitled Application of David Prater, District Attorney, Requesting an Order Directing that a County Grand Jury Having Jurisdiction in Oklahoma County be Convened, GJ-2021-1, and other grand jury proceedings.

 

b.                     Administrative Compliance proceeding filed on June 24, 2022, in Oklahoma State Department of Health, Protective Services, Petitioner v. Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, a/k/a Oklahoma County Detention Center, Respondent Case No. PHS-2022-506. 

 

c.                     Angela Leedy v. Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority et al, Case No. CIV-23-295-HE.

 

d.                     Rachel Kimbrough v. Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority et al. Case No. CIV-23-320-PRW.
