Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 3 on ODOT Project STP-155C(750)CI. Widen and resurface county road (Macarthur Boulevard): at the intersection of Covell Road near Edmond. Project Length=0.471 Mile. This Change Order establishes the final quantity for each item on the original contract and resulted in a contract underrun.
