Discussion and possible action for approval of a Specific Assistance Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma City and the City of Choctaw for a portion of drainage ditch and two culverts located at First St., and Hawkins in need of clearing, correcting, stabilizing, replacing, and/or improvement. The total estimated project is $16,893.80, not to exceed $18,583.18. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner District 2, and Chairman of the Board.
