Title: Discussion and possible regarding a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of South Bryant Avenue from SE 29th Street to SE 44th Street, within the municipal boundaries of the City of Oklahoma City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($150,000.00). This agreement covers half of the project and a separate Agreement with the City of Del City will cover the other half. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney. Requested by Carrie Blumert, Commissioner, District No. 1.
