Title: Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma City Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist with a mill and overlay of the current parking lot located at Martin Luther King Elementary School located at 1201 NE 48th Street, in Oklahoma City, OK. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project at an estimated cost of Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($49,881.62) but in no event to exceed Fifty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and Seventy Cents ($52,375.70) without further written agreement.
