A tract of land lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 14 North, Range 4 West, Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section 12; thence N89°16’35”E along the South line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 1,007.26 feet; thence N00°43’25”W, 70.00 feet to a point on the Oklahoma Department of Transportation SH-74 Present Right-of-Way line, same being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S81°36’56”E, 126.35 feet; thence N89°16’35”E, 200.00 feet; thence N82°37’19”E, 302.03 feet; thence N89°16’35”E, 300.00 feet; thence S84°07’55”E , 452.99 feet to a point on the said Present Right-of-Way line; thence along said Present Right-of-Way line for the following two (2) courses: thence S89°16’35”W, 1224.75 feet; thence N76°52’02”W, 154.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Basis of bearing being State of Oklahoma Coordinate System 1983, North Zone, N89°16’35”E along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 14 North, Range 4 West, Indian Meridian, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

 

This easement is being granted to Oklahoma County by Chad Richison, Sorghum Penn, LLC in exchange for $16,050.00. Req # 12405491 has been issued from Highway Cash/Highway District No. 3, contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
