Title: Discussion and possible regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Harrah and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma City pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of Ranchwood Drive, East of N. Luther, between Reno Ave. and NE 10th St. The total estimated project is $262,082.40, but in no event to exceed $288,290.64. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-One dollars and Fifty-Five Cents ($157,451.55). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres Assistant District Attorney.
