Title: Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2024-1123 to amend or not to amend the zoning provided in Title 19 O.S., §868.16 on a tract of land in a R-2 - Rural Residential District. The Planned Unit Development (PUD-2024-01) will permit the property owner to conduct all C-G - Commercial - General uses as well as moderate and heavy industrial uses and the continuation of outdoor storage on the north half of the property. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting held on March 21, 2024. The tract of land is located on the east side of Portland Ave//SH-74 a third of a mile south of NW 206th St./Covell Rd. (County Highway District #3). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
