Discussion and possible action regarding a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and the Oklahoma County Public Defenders Office in the amount of Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand, Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($817,558.67) subject to the encumbrance of funds, to support enhanced services of the pretrial diversion and treatment programs in Oklahoma County based upon the County's application, and contract, with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This MOU shall cover the period of March 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Requested by Carrie Blumert, Commissioner.
