Title: Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Independent School District No. 89, a/k/a Oklahoma City Public Schools pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist with a mill/overlay and re-striping of the current Spencer Elementary School parking lot located 8900 NE 50th Street, Spencer, OK. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project at an estimated cost of Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($54,660.12) but in no event to exceed Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($57,393.13) without further written agreement. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project at an estimated cost of Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars and Twelve Cents ($54,660.12) but in no event to exceed Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($57,393.13) without further written agreement.
