| 1 | 1. | | Departmental Items | Discussion and possible action to approve the agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the City of Harrah pursuant to Title 69 O.S.ยง 610 to assist the City of Harrah with the reconstruction, repair, and/or improvement of a bridge on Donnell St, which is between N Triple XXX Road and N Peebly Road. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, personnel and subcontractors for the project at an estimated cost of Thirty thousand two hundred and sixteen dollars and eighty cents ($30,216.80). Harrah agrees to reimburse the County Thirty thousand two hundred and sixteen dollars and eighty cents ($30,216.80). This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2019.
