These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2020. The temporary transfer of $5,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund (1110) was approved by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on 10/16/2019.
