| 1 | 4. | | Departmental Items | Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amount of $1,000,000.00 from the Treasurer's Resale Fund (1130), $500,000.00 from the County Clerk Records Preservation Fund (1152), $3,000,000.00 from the County Highway Fund (1110), $1,000,000.00 from the CBRI Fund (1111), $500,000.00 from the Sheriff Special Revenue Fund (1161), and $2,000,000.00 from the Capital Improvement-Regular Fund (2010), for a total of $8,000,000.00 to the General Fund. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and bi-weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2021. The temporary transfers from Highway Cash, CBRI and Capital Improvement-Regular were approved by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on 11/02/20.
