These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and bi-weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2023. The temporary transfer from Highway Cash is contingent on approval by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
