| 1 | 2. | | Departmental Items | Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amounts of $3,000,000.00 from the Treasurer's Resale Fund (1130), $5,000,000.00 from the Highway Cash Fund (1110), $1,000,000.00 from the CBRI Fund (1111), and $1,000,000.00 from the Capital Projects - New Jail Fund (2080), for a total of $10,000,000.00 to the General Fund. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and bi-weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2024. The temporary transfers from Highway Cash, CBRI and Capital Projects - New Jail are contingent on approval by the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on 08/23/23.
