Bridge and Approaches County Road (EW0910/North 220th Street): Over Deer Creek, 0.3 Miles East of the State Highway-74 (Portland Avenue) Junction near Edmond. This change order is necessary due to the spring 2025 heavy rainfall, flooding, and severe storms that resulted in amended Executive Order 2025-11 being issued. The subsequent storm cleanup operations were extended beyond substantial completion, from May through September 2025. The delayed issuance of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality’s Notice of Termination for this project occurred on October 17, 2025. The contractor’s labor and equipment costs, accrued after May 2025 during cleanup operations, will be offset by this change order, in keeping with Executive Order 2025-11. This application is for continued funding of two deputy/instructors for the Rollover/SIDNE, Distracted Driver programs. The award will also include overtime for deputies working traffic safety, occupant safety, and DUI enforcement in Oklahoma County to continue reduction of injuries and deaths on Oklahoma County roadways.
